Where we deliver

AppliCharm serves UK addresses. Availability varies by product. Some suppliers exclude Northern Ireland, islands, Scottish Highlands, remote addresses or PO boxes. Read the product delivery section before ordering and contact us if your address may be affected.

Processing and transit

Processing takes place before the parcel enters the courier network. Each product page shows its own processing and transit estimates, together with an approximate total where available. These estimates are not guaranteed; delays can occur. Please do not assume that a courier transit estimate starts on the day you order.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charges and eligible checkout options are shown before you pay. Check the product page for regional restrictions even if your country is selectable at checkout.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking information is sent once available after dispatch. Items fulfilled separately may arrive in different parcels. If an order is later than its stated estimate, contact us with your order number.
