Shopping with us

Check the product description, dimensions, selected options, quantity, price and delivery restrictions before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the item; accessories are included only where the description says so. Where an item is supplied in an assorted or random colour, the product page explains this.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The total, any applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Check the total before submitting your order. Payment is processed through the checkout payment providers. Do not send payment card information by email or through our contact form.

Orders and availability

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. We send order information to the contact details supplied at checkout. If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on whether fulfilment has started; your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Delivery

We serve UK addresses, subject to product-specific regional restrictions. Processing happens before courier transit. Product-page delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Items may arrive separately. Read our shipping policy and the individual product delivery information. Contact us before ordering if your address may be excluded.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our returns and refund policy explains cancellation rights, return instructions, refunds and an optional cancellation form. Customers pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods; nothing here restricts your statutory rights. Contact us for the correct return address before posting goods. The correspondence address is not automatically a returns address.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Use the website lawfully and do not misuse its forms or interfere with its security or operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
